Generate a list of individual identities for a specified population.
Pedigree query
Look at how individuals in a population are related to one another (see also the pedigree export below).
Family query
Look at specific families within a population.
Genotype query
Display genotypings in colour-coded "tree" form.
Genotype Coverage query
Display the population coverage of genotypings.
Marker query
Display brief details of several markers at once.
Phenotype query
Display phenotype data.

Report Tools

Typings Grid
Identify individual / marker combinations for which genotypes exist.
Phenotype Grid
Look at which individual / phenotype combinations measurements exist.
Calculate PIC values
Calculate Polymorphic Information Content for a marker in a particular set of individuals.
Report missing genotypes
Show which individuals in a population have no typing recorded for a specified marker.

Export Tools

Pedigree Export
Look at how all individuals in a population are related to one another (see also the pedigree query above).
Crimap Export
Export genotyping data in a form suitable for use with the CRIMAP programs.
Genotype Export
Export genotyping data in ID, Marker, Allele 1, Allele 2 format
Genotype Grid Export
Export genotyping data in a Grid-based format with individuals in rows and markers in columns.
QTL Express
Export genotyping and phenotype data in a format suitable for QTL Express.
GenAbel Export
Export genotyping and phenotype data in a format suitable for GenAbel.
LOKI analysis
Export genotyping and phenotype data in a form suitable for use with the LOKI analysis programs.
GT ANOVA analysis
Export genotyping and phenotype data in a form suitable for use for ANOVA analysis.
Phenotype export
Export Phenotype data in text format.

Submission Tools

Genotype submission
Submit new genotypings Note: markers and alleles must be defined first (see below).
Define new markers and alleles
Provide details for new markers and alleles.
Define new alleles
Add alleles to an existing marker.
Mask selected typings
