Query Tools

Individual ID query: Generate a list of individual identities for a specified population.

Pedigree query: Look at how individuals in a population are related to one another (see also the pedigree export below).

Family query: Look at specific families within a population.

Genotype query: Display genotypings in colour-coded "tree" form.

Genotype Coverage query: Display the population coverage of genotypings.

Marker query: Display brief details of several markers at once.

Phenotype query: Display phenotype data.

Report Tools

Typings Grid: Identify individual / marker combinations for which genotypes exist.

Phenotype Grid: Look at which individual / phenotype combinations measurements exist.

Calculate PIC values: Calculate Polymorphic Information Content for a marker in a particular set of individuals.

Report missing genotypes: Show which individuals in a population have no typing recorded for a specified marker.

Export Tools

Submission Tools
